Wrath of Rakshasa Roars into

Six Flags Great America is gearing up to unleash its 16th coaster, Wrath of Rakshasa, this summer. This record-breaking dive coaster towers at 180 feet with a 171-foot beyond-vertical drop and five wild inversions.  With unique trains seating riders seven across, it promises a one-of-a-kind thrill. While no exact date is announced, the coaster is expected to open early this summer—and it’s one you won’t want to miss!

Major Changes Coming to Universal’s Volcano Bay

Some big news for water park fans: Universal’s Volcano Bay will discontinue the use of TapuTapu wearable tech starting October 1, 2025. Guests will move to a new system yet to be detailed. On top of that, the park will close for a long-term refurbishment from October 26, 2026 through March 24, 2027. Big changes ahead!
