Welcome to the Isle of Berk

As you enter Isle of Berk, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped right into the movies. A massive sparkling lagoon greets you, framed by two towering 40-foot Viking statues and a lively village perched above the churning sea. The rugged cliffs, detailed dragon houses, and Viking-style architecture create an immersive environment where dragons and Vikings live together in hilarious harmony. Keep an eye out for dragons lounging around and even sheep trying to blend in as Terrible Terrors — there’s always something happening in Berk!

Must-Try Rides and Attractions

Isle of Berk will offer a mix of excitement and family-friendly fun, with rides and shows that put you right in the action:

  • Hiccup’s Wing Gliders
Take flight with Hiccup and Toothless on this family-friendly roller coaster. You’ll speed up to 45 mph around Berk, soaring over the lagoon and through the village for a true dragon’s-eye view of the land.
  • The Untrainable Dragon
This live show follows Hiccup, Toothless, Astrid, and Gobber as they try to solve the mystery of the Untrainable Dragon. Expect impressive sets, catchy songs, and life-sized dragons soaring overhead.
  • Fyre Drill
Join Ruffnut and Tuffnut in this wet and wild boat battle. Hop into a dragon-headed boat and aim water cannons at flame-shaped targets to practice putting out fires — an essential Viking skill when you’re living with dragons!
  • Dragon Racer’s Rally
Test your dragon-riding skills on two Viking-made trainers that reach heights of 67 feet. You control the experience, so decide how wild or mild you want your ride to be as you spin and roll through the sky.
  • Viking Training Camp
Junior Vikings can climb, slide, and explore this interactive play area. Complete with a Toothless-themed teeter-totter and baby Gronckle dragon climbers, it’s the perfect spot for kids to burn off energy while learning the ways of the Vikings.
  • Meet Hiccup and Toothless
Stop by Haddock Paddock to meet Hiccup and pose for a photo with Toothless. You might even run into other familiar Vikings and dragons throughout Berk!
