The Horrors of Blumhouse House has returned to Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood starting this coming fall. This is the third house on the roster for Halloween Horror Night this year. The house will feature the upcoming film, “The Black Phone” which is premiering today at the theater and 2020’s “Freaky”.
Universal revealed that the house will transport guests into alternate dimensions where scares are real and the stakes are life or death. In “The Black Phone” portion of the house, the guests will find themselves trapped in the “fun” house of the Grabber, a demented magician, known for making people disappear. In another portion of the house featuring “Freaky ”, the guest will watch out for The Butcher, a serial killer, who likes to swapped bodies with high school girls after being cursed.
This is not the first time Horrors of Blumhouse have been at Halloween Horror Nights. In the past, this theme house featured The Purge franchise, Happy Death Day, and Truth Or Dare appeared at both parks.
With this announcement, it’s already setting up the tone for another amazing Halloween Horror Nights line up along with 1978’s Halloween and Universal’s Monsters: Legends Collide.
Halloween Horror Nights kicks off September 2 at Universal Studios Florida and on September 8 at Universal Studios Hollywood. It will run select nights at both parks through October 31.
