Universal Studios Hollywood just turned up the volume on Halloween Horror Nights 2025. Last week, the park officially announced the return of Slash, who will compose an all-new original score for the haunted house “Scarecrow: Music by Slash.” This marks Slash’s seventh musical contribution to HHN Hollywood — and once again, he’s fusing horror with hard-hitting sound.
While Orlando introduced a terrifying “Scarecrow” concept in 2018, this new version is a Hollywood exclusive, designed to immerse guests in a relentless storm of supernatural horror with Slash’s guitar shredding the silence. Guests can expect a relentless rural nightmare with twisted imagery, eerie fields, and monstrous scarecrows rising under the harvest moon.
More Than Just a Haunted House
Alongside the announcement, Universal also revealed that “SLASH: Music of Universal Studios Hollywood – Halloween Horror Nights, Volume 2” will be available to purchase on vinyl — featuring tracks from this year’s event and past Slash collaborations.
In addition, Jurassic Cove will offer Scarecrow-themed cocktails and food for a limited time during the event, giving horror fans a chance to refuel while soaking in the sinister vibes.
Updated Lineup: Halloween Horror Nights 2025 – Hollywood
With this announcement, five haunted houses are now confirmed for Universal Studios Hollywood:
Confirmed Houses:
- Fallout – Survive a radioactive wasteland in this post-apocalyptic nightmare.
- Jason Universe – Multiple versions of Jason Voorhees collide in this multiverse-style slasher house.
- Terrifier – Art the Clown makes his Hollywood debut in a gruesome house inspired by the hit indie horror franchise.
- Monstruos 3 – A continuation of the fan-favorite Latin horror series, returning with all-new creatures.
- Scarecrow: Music by Slash – A sinister scarecrow nightmare drenched in Slash’s original soundtrack.
Stay tuned — more houses, scare zones, and shows are expected to be revealed soon.
